Messy Mice – more than just mess

Messy Mice is an exciting new art club for young children in Warwickshire. Children attend weekly educational art classes along with a parent or carer, enjoying the freedom of making a mess while enhancing their learning and development.

Classes

Messy Mice art classes are for young children from approximately 12 months to school age. (Babies are welcome too – see our Baby Mice classes for details.) Each weekly class is fun and interactive. The classes involve a variety of activities to include:
• messy play
• glueing
• painting
• sensory play (e.g. water, jelly, soil)
• singing
• socialising

Parents and carers get to spend quality time with their children while watching them grow and develop.

Messy Mice is not a playgroup or toddler group. Our themed classes are carefully planned so that they are age appropriate and encourage young children to explore, create and experiment with a variety of materials.

Classes are 45 minutes of jam-packed fun and your child will usually take home two pieces of artwork each week.

Mess
Messy Mice see mess as good. Allowing children the freedom to express without the worry of making a mess is a wonderful thing.

With Messy Mice you no longer have to worry about getting paint on the settee or glue on the carpet. The mess is on us. We do all the cleaning up so you can both just relax and enjoy yourselves.

Aprons are provided but please dress your child (and yourself) sensibly – they will probably get mess on their clothes during the class.
